At Your Service: I am an 81-year-old lady who is/was the homeowner of two addresses on Lockridge Avenue in Kansas City. I say this because when my husband of 60 years was placed in a nursing home in 2001, I willed our home to our granddaughter with the understanding that I would stay there until death and she would become sole owner.
Before setting up an appointment, I asked Family Care Specialist Medical Center of Lee’s Summit if it accepted Great-West Healthcare. I was told yes.
I’ve enclosed the seven notices that my family and I have received requesting verification of payment of previous years’ city earnings taxes. I also have received five duplicate notices.
Will you help me get an answer about my water bill? I have called and written but haven’t had a reply. I have been in the same house for 37 years. My last three bills have doubled — W.C., Kansas City
