Voices of Faith: The ancient Hebrews had many names for God. Which one do you think of when referring to him and why?

In Genesis, say rabbis, God began creating the world with the name Elokeem, meaning God of justice, but seeing man was frail and unable to withstand that kind of scrutiny, gave himself a second name, A-donai, meaning God of mercy. Both are reassuring.
