The Overland Park Police Department is asking the public for help finding a dog that bit a woman Saturday morning in the 13100 block of Carter Street.
The dog was brown, weighed about 80 pounds and resembled a Labrador retriever. It was being walked by two boys, one about 15 and one younger, police said.
The woman was bitten about 11 a.m. while trying to retrieve her own dog, which had jumped a fence.
