In this week’s Come Into My Kitchen column, Bernard Shondell of Roeland Park shares a recipe for Black White Tea Cookies.
Since 2003, Shondell has made cookies for the Kansas City Care Clinic’s Night in Bloom. “In the beginning, I was doing the cookies basically by myself, and this recipe allowed me to make a lot of cookies relatively fast...I have made well over 1,000 dozen cookies for past events, but there’s a crew that always helps me,” Shondell tells columnist Mary Pepitone.
