Locally owned Spin Neapolitan Pizza will open its sixth area location today.
The new restaurant plans an 11 a.m. opening in Corinth Square, 8224 Mission Road, Prairie Village. Spin took part of the former CVS/pharmacy space in the center. CVS relocated to a new freestanding building in Corinth.
Spin offers hand-spun, stone-fired authentic Neapolitan pizza with a variety of ingredients to select from, including caramelized onions, artichokes, pancetta and pine nuts. The menu also includes a variety of fresh salads with house-made dressings, appetizers, soups, panini, Italian deli sandwiches, and gelato. James Beard Award winning chef Michael Smith collaborated on the Spin menu.
Spin also has area locations in Lee’s Summit, Lenexa, Olathe, Overland Park, and just south of the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City.
