The metro’s only Dave Buster’s has completed a major renovation.

The restaurant/bar/arcade is in the Legends Outlets Kansas City at 1843 Village West Parkway, Kansas City, Kan. The $1.5 million renovation includes new video games such Quad Air-Hockey, and a new sports bar with six 90-inch TV screens, and 38 new 70-inch HD TVs.

“It’s the ultimate sports viewing destination now,” said Greg Jackson, general manager.

New menu items include:

•  Poppin’ Potatoes, bite-sized potato puffs tossed with garlic butter and Parmesan cheese and served with made-in-house sweet and spicy ketchup.

•  Bistro Steak Shrimp, 5-ounce sirloin steak on a bed of linguine, then topped off with shrimp, mushrooms, roasted tomatoes and a lobster Alfredo sauce.

•  Chicken Rockefeller, grilled chicken breast topped with a creamy spinach sauce and diced roasted tomatoes, along with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli on the side.

•  Snow Cone Cocktails, including the Miami Ice with coconut vodka and coconut rum.
