Prepare to pig out: This Saturday marks Kansas City’s fifth-annual BaconFest.

On the menu at the epic afternoon pork party: Beer, bacon dishes from local restaurants, live music from The Josh Vowell Band and Big Time Grain Company, and contests for bacon recipes and bacon eating.

You heard that right, a bacon-eating contest. Last year, grand prize winner Randy Satel consumed 1.9 pounds in five minutes. Think you can beat that?
