There’s no gray area with Cadbury Creme Eggs, is there?
You either love ’em — ooooh, that gooey, creamy center.
Or you hate ’em — get those nasty things out of my Easter basket.
Fans are doing a little dance after hearing the news about a new Oreo-flavored egg.
They have the traditional hard chocolate shell of the Cadbury eggs, with bits of Oreo cookies inside.
An Instagram post from Junk Banter stirred up a viral ruckus a few days ago.
Now fans are drooling.
New flavor, new packaging. Instead of being sealed in foil like the traditional eggs, the Oreo ones come in an egg-shaped plastic cup.
Though the egg has been sold in Canada for a while, and recently debuted in a mini size in the United Kingdom, Cadbury has not said when the Oreo eggs might show up on U.S. shelves.
“These can’t come stateside soon enough,” writes Mustafa Gatollari for Distractify.com, who admits to buying handfuls of the caramel-flavored Cadburys the day after Easter and stashing them around his house.
“And even if they don't, Canada’s not that far of a drive, now is it?”
