Juicing lets you drink the rainbow of fruits and vegetables

A few years back, juicing was associated with people on strict raw food diets. But it has spilled into the mainstream, thanks in part to documentaries such as “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead,” kale-sipping celebrities such as Gwyneth Paltrow and Salma Hayek, and new books filled with recipes you can make at home.
