LDH Construction has started a 3,226-square-foot Fairfield reverse 11/2-story home that features four bedrooms and 31/2 bathrooms on a walkout home site, priced at $434,950.
In Cedar Creek’s Shadow Highlands neighborhood, Highland Park Builders has started a new two-story Woodside plan at 26163 W. 108th Terrace that features five bedrooms and 51/2 bathrooms and is priced in the mid-$400,000s.
In The Villas of Shadow Glen, Keystone Building offers a new Aspen reverse 11/2-story home on a wooded walkout lot on the golf course. The home includes stucco siding on all sides, tile roof with natural stone facade, four bedrooms and three bathrooms and is priced at $529,900.
