Cafe Gratitude, a California-based eatery specializing in local and organic plant-based food, opened last week at 333 Southwest Blvd. in the former location of Lulu’s Thai Noodle Shop. It’s the first Cafe Gratitude outside of the Golden State. The menu includes coconut curry soup and corn tacos stuffed with black beans, brown rice, guacamole and cashew nacho cheese. Owners Natalie and Mike George say they plan to eventually sell local and organic beer and wine.
