Westbound I-70 reopens after accident

Police have reopened the westbound lanes of Interstate 70 after a wreck Monday night involving a motorcycle and a semi trailer near Jackson Avenue.

The accident occurred about 9:15 p.m. A 56-year-old man lost control of his Harley Davidson motorcycle and the bike slid underneath the semi. The man was transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
