Vap’s Real Estate career began in 1994 while working for a new home builder, and she continued on the other side of the transaction as an agent for a local title company.
Vap has earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Designation, having demonstrated the knowledge and expertise needed to counsel clients age 50-plus through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing or selling their homes.
The SRES Designation allows her to meet the special needs and concerns of maturing Americans when buying or selling residential or investment properties. Her knowledge includes such topics as reverse mortgages and the federal Housing for Older Persons Act (HOPA) as well as how Medicaid, Medicare and Social Security impact real estate decisions. With this understanding, Vap is able to offer a holistic approach to real estate decisions for the senior buyer.

Nicole Mall has been licensed in both Kansas and Missouri since 2002 and has been selling full time for over 10 years. Her superior market knowledge, quality service and professionalism left a lasting impression at the Tomahawk Creek Condos and have led to her executing nearly 50 re-sales in that community since it sold out over a decade ago.
Nicole’s impressive knowledge of the Johnson County real estate market and willingness to go the extra mile has made her a favorite among home buyers and sellers. She’s been a recipient of the Five Star Real Estate Agent award, which since 2010 has annually recognized real estate professionals who provide quality service to their clients.
In its annual process, the Five Star Professional research team contacts recent home buyers for input on client satisfaction. Buyers rate real estate professionals on criteria such as market knowledge, integrity, negotiation, closing preparation, marketing of the home, post-sale service and willingness to recommend. During the selection process, industry peers including mortgage professionals, insurance professionals and real estate professionals are also surveyed.
One key to her success has been her motivation to have happy clients at the end of each transaction and her willingness to call upon the strengths of her team.
