With the ringing in of 2016 the resort-style community of Creekmoor will open its newest villa neighborhood, Creekmoor Club Villas. This maintenance-provided enclave will feature homes built exclusively by SAB Homes, a company which has been building award-winning homes in the Kansas City area for a quarter century.
These new villa plans will feature two to four bedrooms, first-floor master suites plus a second bedroom/flex bonus space on the main level and finished lower levels. Prices will range from the upper $200,000s to mid $300,000s.
