As the first weekend of the Fall Parade of Homes continues, there’s no shortage of things to see and explore at Cedar Creek. From resort-style amenities and picturesque views to architecturally diverse neighborhoods and Parade homes from some of Kansas City’s best builders, prospective homeowners are encouraged to put Cedar Creek at the top of their “must see” lists.

In picturesque North Shore Estates, home sites are priced from $210,000, many of which include panoramic lake, golf or valley views. Homes range from the upper $700,000s to more than $3 million.

The Woods at Southglen, which features naturally rolling terrain and proximity to a swimming pool and walking trail, offers home sites from $140,000 and homes priced from the mid-$400,000s to more than $600,000. And in Cedar Creek’s newest neighborhood, The Crossings at Southglen, a number of home sites are available with prices ranging from $68,000 to $87,500. Homes are priced from $383,500 to $449,641.

As you explore Cedar Creek’s neighborhoods, you’ll also have a chance to see the community’s extensive, resort-style amenities package, the perfect antidote to hectic school and work schedules. Spend a few hours in one of two swimming pools, enjoy a sunset sail on the 65-acre Shadow Lake or gather friends and family for a round at the award-winning, 18-hole Shadow Glen Golf Club.
