The Estates of Wolf Creek is celebrating its idyllic, small-town lifestyle with its two entries on the Spring Parade of Homes, which runs through May 11.

The 240 acres comprising The Estates of Wolf Creek are centered around a future 15-acre city park, adding to the amenities offered within the community. This quiet atmosphere, reminiscent of small-town living in years past, has created an unprecedented demand from homebuyers.
“Homes are selling as quickly as they can be built,” Kendrick said. “In fact, we had three closings just last week.”
Those who visit during the Spring Parade of Homes will see the workmanship that goes into each home by the two detailed-oriented builders working in the Estates of Wolf Creek.
One of the entries, Robert Garver’s two-story Savannah plan, won an American Dream Grand Award. It offers about 2,596 square feet of living space that includes four bedrooms, 31/2 bathrooms and a three-car garage.
“This home has a massive covered deck and a walk-in pantry that is the size of most bedrooms,” Kendrick said.
The open main-level design includes a great room, dining room, breakfast room and island kitchen, as well as a convenient storage bench and powder room along the entry from the garage. The Savannah is priced at $339,950, which Kendrick said is an incredible price for a home this size with all of these features.

This 3,096-square-foot home offers three bedrooms, including the master suite, and two bathrooms on the main level as well as two additional bedrooms and another bathroom on the lower level.
