The Julian model home under construction now is a reverse 11/2-story design with a stone and stucco exterior that blends perfectly with the Scottish flair of Loch Lloyd. It is on a large private wooded lot and offers features desired by today’s homebuyers.
Designed for entertaining, the 5,500-square-foot home is highlighted by a spectacular four-season room adjoining the hearth room that allows the homeowners and their guests to experience the outdoors all year round.
