The latest phase of Staley Hills is now open featuring a new community entrance off of N. Woodland Avenue and 63 spacious homesites, many of which back to trees or greenspace.
“This has been a highly anticipated new phase in the community,” explains Sara Stucker, community manager and ReeceNichols real estate agent. “Treed homesites are always very popular and this phase offers plenty for home buyers to choose from. We’ve taken a number of reservations already and expect that these lots will not be available for long.”
A red-hot housing market and new home construction in Staley Hills have kept Stucker, her partner, Deb DiPonio, and the homebuilders they work with busy this spring and summer.
“Our buyers are finding that their current homes are selling within hours of coming on the market, often times with multiple offers over the list price,” said Stucker. “This fast-paced housing market has driven up the demand for new homes and our builders have been pushing to keep available inventory for buyers to choose from.”
Never miss a local story.
In addition to the new homesites, 10 move-in ready homes await their new family in Staley Hills. These include ranch, reverse 11/2-story, 11/2-story and 2-story floor plans with prices starting in the upper $300,000s.
Inventory homes are constructed by an experienced team of builders including Aspen Homes, Freeman Custom Homes, McFarland Custom Builders, New Mark Homes, Olympus Custom Homes, Robertson Construction and Summit Custom Homes.
“One of the things homebuyers love most when they visit Staley Hills is the variety of floor plans and builders they have to choose from,” explains DiPonio. “Not only does this allow them to select a home that meets the needs of their family, but they appreciate the variation of front elevations keeps the neighborhood from looking cookie-cutter and gives each resident a home that is unique.”
Situated north of MO-152 off N. Woodland Avenue and Shoal Creek Parkway, Staley Hills is close to many conveniences such as Zona Rosa and has excellent access to major highways, Kansas City International Airport and downtown Kansas City.
Staley Hills provides residents a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life with two dramatic water features bordering the community’s entrance, a crystal-clear swimming pool, scenic walking trails and beautiful, stone-clad homes lining the streets. A large playground can be found within a short walking distance in the recently completed first phase of Anne Garney Park.
The community’s latest amenity, Benton House of Staley Hills, opened last month and offers high-quality assisted living and memory care just west of Staley Hills. Benton House features 59 apartment style suites situated around two lushly landscaped courtyards and provides several areas for residents and their friends and families to gather for meals, entertainment and conversation.
“This area has seen a tremendous amount of growth in the past few years, fueled mostly by its accessibility to some of the area’s major employers and inclusion in the attendance boundaries of North Kansas City School District’s Staley High School,” said Stucker. “The addition of Benton House will allow generations of families to live close by and is one more reason why people will want to call Staley Hills home.”
All 10 inventory homes are currently open Tuesday from 1pm to 6pm and Wednesday through Sunday 12-6pm.
