Among them is the Ashcliffe model home in the Monticello neighborhood in Lee’s Summit (Tour #52), a spectacular two-story, five-bedroom, four-bathroom, three-car garage home featuring a formal dining room, great room, open kitchen, breakfast nook and covered porch or deck. Priced at $442,950, this home is perfect for those looking for a two-story with flair, and a Silver Award winner for single-family homes priced between $439,000 and $455,000.
In the Creekmoor Villas community in Raymore, prospective buyers will find the Kendleton (Tour #20). This three-bedroom, two-bathroom maintenance-provided ranch plan home has an envy-worthy kitchen, well-appointed master suite with a walk-in tiled shower, double vanities and a large walk-in closet. SAB Homes also won a Gold Award for single family homes priced between $280,000 and 315,000 for Tour #80 at Siena at Longview in Lee’s Summit, and a Silver Award for single family homes priced between $422,000 and $438,000 for Tour #111 at Woodland Trails in Greenwood.
According to Morfeld, these honors, in addition to dozens of others over the years in both the Spring and Fall Parades, in the latter including numerous Grand Award, First Runner-Up, First Place and Second Place Awards, is wonderful.
