Real estate agents for The Preserve at Clear Creek are eager to show recently completed homes in the growing subdivision in Western Shawnee.
A week before the start of the annual Fall Parade of Homes by Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City, which runs Sept. 24-Oct. 9, The Preserve at Clear Creek will have an official opening of its model home at 7817 Green St., Shawnee, on Sept. 17.
Agents will be onsite to provide information and give a tour of the homes. The office will be open Thursday through Saturday, from noon to 5 p.m. and Sunday, 1 to 5 p.m., and will be open seven days a week during the Parade of Homes.
