It’s that time of year again, Kansas City — time to create a fantastic Halloween costume to wow your friends and neighbors. Upload a picture at photos.kcstar.com and a description of how you made it. We want honest-to-goodness original, homemade costumes — so nothing that came in a bag, ready to put on. We’ll publish some of our favorites in FYI just before Halloween.
