Michelle T. Johnson: A new playwright with a lifetime of experience

Michelle T. Johnson, a playwright who began writing for the theater when middle-aged, has achieved impressive success in just a few years. Her latest work, “Echoes of Octavia,” opens Aug. 7 at the Just Off Broadway Theatre. Also opening Aug. 7: “South Pacific” at the Off Center Theatre.
