We can’ all achieve movie star status like Overland Park native Paul Rudd.
But we can attempt his “Ant-Man” physique with a strict diet and workout regimen.
(Just, you know, without the money to pay a trainer or personal chef.)
Rudd enlisted the help of New York-based trainer Richard Louis, who said Rudd went through a year of training to get “Ant-Man” abs.

"My day was centered around fitness and health, and that was kind of a first," Rudd told People. "I'd never exercised harder than this for an extended amount of time.”
According to Louis, Rudd got fit by incorporating the following exercises in his training sessions: burpees, pushups, sit-ups, planks, pullups, overhead presses and arm work.
As for his diet, Rudd said, “"I didn't drink any alcohol [and] I had no carbs.”
Well, you can count us out.
Rudd followed this plan for a year, but said it was “almost kind of impossible to sustain.”
We believe that.
And thanks to all of his hard work, Rudd could prove to Universal that he could transform his “too fat” form, after all.
