Scroll through the photos as we rank the week’s big entertainment events from Huzzah! to Horrors!
MONDAY: Huzzah! Keke Palmer is announced as the first black actress to play the title role in “Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella” on Broadway. “I feel like the reason I’m able to do this is because Brandy did it first on TV,” she said. Regardless, the slipper fits.
WEDNESDAY: HMMMM. New York magazine reminds us that “Napoleon Dynamite” was released 10 years ago this month and, yes, you’re old.
THURSDAY: HMMMMM. After being accused of stealing work of horror writer Thomas Ligotti, “True Detective” creator Nic Pizzolatto says, “Nothing in (the show) was plagiarized.” But if time is indeed a flat circle, he’ll have to answer that question again and again and again.
