Jack White, who’s in town for a sold-out show tonight at the Midland, stopped near the 18th and Vine district today.

The official Third Man Records Instagram account posted a photo of the singer standing on home plate on the field near the murals on the Buck O’Neil Education Center in the 1800 block of Paseo.

He looks quite a bit happier than he did at the Chicago Cubs game this summer. At least his hair looks happier.

And check out the sweet 1950s-era Detroit Stars jersey.

Tonight’s show has been sold out since minutes after tickets went on sale.
