Why didn’t Lionsgate show it to the press? Actually, the studio hasn’t pre-screened a “Saw” movie since the original in 2004. Fans don’t care about reviews.

Why we’d see it: Because we’re fascinated by gory death scenarios involving helpless victims.

Why we wouldn’t: Because we’re not.
