Two dead after plane crashes into top of building at Wichita airport

Two people were killed Thursday morning when a twin-engine plane crashed on top of a building near Mid-Continent Airport, authorities said. Five people were transported to Via Christi St. Francis Hospital, One of the victims is in critical condition, three are in fair condition and one is still being assessed, a hospital spokeswoman said.

Series loss won’t diminish Royals’ magical season

But an hour later, manager Ned Yost emerged from the dugout to blow a kiss to a few hundred fans who remained.
