Copier splats after 110-foot fall

Datamax, an office equipment supplier in Lenexa held a “worst copier in Kansas City” contest. The winner was Kansas City’s Ad Hoc Group Against Crime, and its copier was dropped July 28 from a crane, crashing in an explosion of color. The nonprofit gets a two-year free use of a new, $10,000 Canon copier.
