Teen cousins killed in Ward Parkway crash had their hearts set on medical careers

Ra’Shad D. Leggs, 17, and Quentin D. Leggs, 19, died from injuries they sustained in a collision about 7:15 p.m. Saturday at 86th Terrace and Ward Parkway. Ra’Shad Leggs was driving Quentin Leggs’ car north on Ward Parkway when they struck another car that was exiting the shopping center and turning north. The cousins’ vehicle then hit the curb, went airborne and struck a tree.

Trump lawyers battling over how far they can go in new Muslim travel ban order

A fight between the leaders at the Department of Justice and Department of Homeland Security could delay the release of President Donald Trump's revised ban that limits travel from seven majority-Muslim countries. The department leaders are debating over whether to again revoke the visas of some 60,000 to 100,000 people from those countries whose permission to come to the United States was reinstated after a federal judge in Seattle suspended Trump’s executive order.
