Last month, Brett Atkinson, owner of Wilma’s, brought his latest invention to The Star’s kickoff Food Truck Friday event. At first Atkinson called it a Reverse Engineered Cheeseburger, or Meat Pickle. It was the latter name that stuck and spawned #MeatPickle — as suggested by @FeastMiller.
