KC streetcar service suspended again because of an electrical issue

For the second time in three days, Kansas City’s streetcar service was suspended Wednesday after reports of an electrical problem. The system halted service shortly after 11 a.m. when an official observed smoke coming from the ground near an electrified streetcar pole south of 20th and Main streets.
