Royals reportedly reach agreement with starting pitcher Edinson Volquez

The Royals’ starting rotation for 2015 may be complete. Edinson Volquez, a 31-year old right-hander who went 13-7 with a 3.04 ERA in 31 starts for the Pirates in 2014, has reached an agreement on a two-year, $20 million free-agent contract with the Royals, according to reports by CBSSports.com and Fox Sports.
