AT&T had offered discounts to its Gigapower high-speed home internet customers who allowed the company to monitor their behavior. Now it will offer that same lower price to all its customers without tracking their internet preferences.
A prayer vigil and press conference for Ryan Stokes was held on Wednesday at the corner of 12th and McGee streets in downtown Kansas City where Stokes was fatally shot by police in 2013. The Southern Christian Leadership Conference of Greater Kansas City has asked the U.S. attorney general's office and the FBI to investigate the shooting.
