Don’t blink or you’ll miss a regional furniture sighting in “Surrogates.”

You can make out the nailhead trim of Gerard’s “Bentley Chair,” which sits in the private surrogate control room of Canter, played by actor James Cromwell. The sci-fi thriller stars Bruce Willis and is playing in theaters.

Gerard is based in the western Kansas town of Plainville, population: 1,821, and is part of DessinFournir, a brand with a national designer following.
