•Priorities: His immediate goals are to ensure that Harmony’s programs and services are in alignment with clients’ needs, to increase the depth of Harmony’s consulting resources, and to expand Harmony’s services beyond the metro area to a four-state region of Kansas, Missouri, Nevada and Iowa.

•Education: He has a bachelor of arts in economics from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and an MBA from Rockhurst University.

•Background: Most recently, Dean was director of human resources at John Knox Village. Previously he had been associate executive director at Harmony.
