•Background: Otto joined Stepp & Rothwell in 2004 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in securities administration and business management. Before joining the firm, she was a director with Fleishman-Hillard and was former senator Jack Danforth’s Kansas City office manager.
•Community service: Otto is a member of Zonta International, an organization of professional and executive women who work globally to advance the status of women. Previously she served on the boards of Jackson County CASA and the Troost-Midtown Community Center.
