When am I needed? June 14 and 15 on 22nd Street between Wyandotte and Avenida Cesar E. Chavez.
What can I do? Professional and amateur artists are needed to create art inside grids on the street’s asphalt.
If you don’t think you’re artistic enough, you can still help out. Volunteers are needed in three-hour shifts to aid with setup and to assist the artists. People will be needed between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. June 13 for setup, grid and signage and organizing supplies.
Volunteers will be needed as festival runners, in the children’s corridor, beverage sales (nonalcoholic) and at volunteer and artists’ booths between 7:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. June 14 and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 15.
Cleanup and breakdown assistance is also needed from 5 to 10 p.m. June 15.
If you are younger than 16, you must have a parent or guardian with you.
