Foxfield Court: First phase models for sale, second phase opens

Sales have been strong this year at Foxfield Court, according to the marketing team, and home seekers are encouraged to visit during the Spring Homes Tour that begins Sunday.

Foxfield Court exemplifies the quality and feel that one comes to expect from a Matt Adam Development, according to the marketing team. The award-winning plans, quality and attention to detail created by John Gray Homes LLC make Foxfield Court a community that the buying public has embraced.

Ghislaine Sieveking and Ron Timbrook, who market the community for Prudential Kansas City Realty, urged homebuyers to take advantage of the Spring Homes Tour, which opens Sunday and runs through May 18, and visit the community. Timbrook said sales have been strong throughout 2008 and traffic from interested home seekers has increased during the past several months.

“The maintenance-provided luxury townhomes swept the fall 2007 Parade of Homes in the Pick of the Parade category,” Sieveking said. “Foxfield Court won both the Pick of the Parade grand award and first runner-up in its price point, competing with single-family homes. We also had a plan win first place for Distinctive Plan and Design. That’s a powerful testament to the appeal of the homes found within Foxfield Court.”

The Olathe community is a partnership between Gray and Adam, designed to offer what Gray said is a “rare combination of exceptional amenities, home plans that inspire gracious living and the highest attention to quality and details.” Dedicated to creating value and hospitality for the future, Adam and Gray are building the kind of community they said they would be proud to call their own, according to the marketing team.

The Cassidy and Kellsie models are available for sale and include many upgraded features and amenities for what the marketing team considers a great value.

With only six homes remaining for purchase at the first phase pricing, Sieveking said the community’s brisk sales are proof of Foxfield Court’s popularity. Because the second and final phase has opened, the remaining homes in the first phase are available at what Sieveking calls a “tremendous value,” resulting in impressive savings.

Prospective homeowners interested in a townhome are encouraged to make a homesite selection in the recently opened second phase. Sieveking said the majority of the homesites are daylight, making them ideal settings for any of the floor plans. Prices start in the mid-$250,000s, and although a diverse selection of homesites remains, Sieveking encouraged interested homebuyers to make a selection as availability decreases. Several homes are available for occupancy in 30 days with more available soon.

Located at 116th Street and Lone Elm Road in Olathe, Foxfield Court is both secluded and convenient. Everything the metropolitan area has to offer is only minutes away on Kansas 7, Kansas 10 and Interstate 435 and the community is also in the award-winning Olathe School District.

Timbrook said three hospitals, St. Luke’s Hospital, Shawnee Mission Medical Center and Olathe Medical Center, have plans to build new facilities near Foxfield Court. In addition, two grocery stores recently opened nearby and the Olathe Bass Pro Shop is minutes away.

Although quality and fine craftsmanship are the standard at Foxfield Court, they are only the beginning, according to Gray. Amenities complement the setting and extend the feel of affordable luxury. A private 24-hour fitness center within the community provides residents the opportunity to work out with cardio equipment that includes treadmills and elliptical machines, as well as weight machines and free weights. Two patio areas allow residents to relax after their workout.

During the summer, residents will appreciate the opportunity to enjoy exceptional amenities in neighboring Foxfield Village, Sieveking said, including an aquatic center with competition-size pool, wading pool, sand volleyball court and cabana. The Village Green, a private 10-acre park located nearby, provides a place in which to relax, enjoy the surroundings of the area or walk on the network of paved nature trails that connects to Foxfield Court trails.

Foxfield Court’s maintenance-provided lifestyle allows homeowners to enjoy the amenities and surrounding entertainment without sacrificing valuable time on exterior upkeep. The maintenance package includes lawn service, seasonal upkeep, water for the sprinkler system, snow removal and periodic exterior painting and caulking.
