Services are quoted on an individual basis, and homeowners have the ability to select from a menu of items, Presko said.</p><p>&#8220;The great part about this is that while similar communities have maintenance fees in excess of $110 a month, here, there&#8217;s no required fee,&#8221; said developer Tony Cucchiara. &#8220;You only pay for the services you request.&#8221;</p><p>Villa residents can also take advantage of Charleston Harbor&#8217;s amenities, including a swimming pool and cabana; a lake with a decorative island lighthouse and waterfall surrounded by extensive green space; and a walking trail.</p><p>Ranch and reverse plans are available with one, two and three bedrooms on the main level. The kitchens are designed with granite countertops, pull-out drawers and upgraded plumbing fixtures.
