He was accompanied by the artist’s great grandson, Joachim Pissarro.</p><p> “It looks the same way,” Bloch said, “but you don’t see the carriages.”</p><p> The painting, “Rue Saint-Honoré, Sun Effect, Afternoon,” once belonged to actor Edward G.
