I am going to tape the conventions, both Democratic and Republican, and save them as collector’s items. Then I will listen again to whoever wins the presidential election to see how long or if any of the promises are kept. It would be interesting if everybody did that.

I just listened to Michelle Obama speak at the Democratic National Convention in Denver. She’s intelligent, beautiful, elegant and eloquent. And, she’s the next first lady of the United States of America.

When Caroline Kennedy spoke at the Democratic National Convention and referred to her Uncle Ted, I saw picture of boats and water and thought we were back at Chappaquiddick. I bet the Kopechne family loved that.

Let’s see. In order to inspire young voters about his message of change, Obama text-messaged them that his choice for vice president was an old-guy career politician. Biden is Obama’s insecurity blanket.
