Sarah Steelman wants to waste what might be over $90,000 on a special session to supposedly prohibit coerced abortions, when there is already a Missouri State law that requires a woman to sign a consent form before having one (5/22, Opinion, “No special session”). Say “no” to Steelman for governor.

I was reading “Keep fighting, Hillary” by Marcia Leibold (5/24, Letters) and loving it, sharing along with her until she gets to the very end and says to vote for John McCain. Come on. A McCain presidency would be a disaster for we, the people, and for our lovely country.

If Hillary Clinton cannot win the Democratic nomination, maybe she needs to follow the lead of Sen. Joseph Lieberman and run as an independent. It worked for him. Maybe this is the year it can happen.

Sen. Obama wants to play footsies with a man who has vowed to blow Israel off the face of the earth. Sen. Hillary Clinton says this man is unelectable. If she is wrong, Israel and America will need God’s special blessing.
