While at my mailbox recently, I observed three cars going by. Two of the three were yakking on cell phones. It&#8217;s nearly this bad on our busier thoroughfares, with traffic being heavier than it is on my street, people going slower than usual, weaving in and out and oh-so absorbed in their vital conversations. Surveys show the increased danger of wrecks while talking on your cell phone. When are our lawmakers going to address this and eliminate it?
