No Hallmark moments here … Sixteen-year-old greeting card company MikWright’s local presence dates to 1997 at Hobbs in Lawrence. It now includes Kansas City stores Middle Class Values (50th and Main streets) and James Hallmark (Brookside). The North Carolina company’s “vintage humor” cards have been imitated by the best, but MikWright prides itself on keeping a few of leaps ahead of corporate copycats.
