Overland Park police seek help identifying shooters

Overland Park police are seeking the public’s help with identifying the persons who fired shots into an occupied vehicle Friday in the area of 115th Street and Metcalf Avenue.

No one inside the vehicle was struck. Police were called to the area just before midnight. Witnesses said unknown suspects, wearing ski masks and dark clothing, fired at a vehicle with two persons inside. The suspects drove away in a dark colored minivan that was seen traveling east on Interstate 435 from Metcalf Avenue, police said.
