Snow storm shutting down some shopping centers

The snow storm has many area retailers and restaurants closing early Feb. 4.

•  Country Club Plaza: Many stores and restaurants will operate on limited hours.

•  Legends Outlets Kansas City in Kansas City, Kan.: Plans to close at 2 p.m. Some of its retailers and restaurants may remain open.

•  Oak Park Mall, Overland Park: Specialty stores have already closed, as well as JCPenney. Nordstrom is closing at 2 p.m.

•  Town Center Plaza and Town Center Crossing in Leawood also have closed for the day.

•  Zona Rosa: Many of the stores and restaurants are closed.

In other closings:

Spin Neapolitan Pizza closed all six area locations after lunch today.

Tide Dry Cleaners closed its area locations today.
