Roeser Homes offers the Bailey, a two-story home under construction on a treed lot that’s accented by a wealth of thoughtful extras, including a covered patio, and is priced at $519,800.
If you prefer a maintenance-provided home close to Shadow Glen golf course, The Links is an ideal option. Available speculative homes include the four-bedroom New Haven floor plan from Tabernacle Homes priced at $437,050. Tabernacle is also at work on the three-bedroom Legacy floor plan that includes two main-level bedrooms, a deck and walk-in pantry. The home is priced at $449,370.
