Red-light cameras work.

In Kansas City, the number of motorists going through stop lights at intersections with the cameras thus endangering other peoples lives had fallen dramatically from 2009 through late 2013.
But last month, the number of red-light runners at those intersections suddenly jumped by almost 50 percent over December of 2012.
Because motorists know the cameras arent being used to hand out tickets right now, because an appeals court questioned their legality.
The Missouri Supreme Court needs to uphold the citys ordinance so the safety cameras once more can be put to good use.
