Today, not so good, according to a new Washington Post/ABC News poll.
On a series of measurements, the president has lost his edge over Republicans, causing Democrats some worry as they head into the 2014 mid-term elections.
Take one question. A year ago, Obama led congressional Republicans on who could best deal with the economy by 54-36 percent.
Today, Republicans lead Obama by 45-41 percent.
