— Three people from Missouri who police say kidnapped a 5-year-old Idaho boy after attacking his father with a stun gun have been arrested.

Police on Saturday evening arrested the child's non-custodial mother, 26-year-old Korey MacDonald of Moberly, Mo.

Police also arrested her husband, 30-year-old Jonathan MacDonald, and brother, 23-year-old Joshua Reeves, both from Moberly.

Authorities say police in Meridian in southwest Idaho responded to a business at about 4 p.m. Saturday following the reported attack.

Authorities say that at 7 p.m. an Idaho State Police trooper spotted the suspects and pulled them over in south-central Idaho.

They are being held in the Cassia County jail on suspicion of kidnapping and aggravated battery.

Meridian Police Sgt. Martin Flores says the child was uninjured and has been reunited with his father.
